How do we get started?
Every engagement starts with our Security Baseline, a one-time project with a fixed scope and price, set up front with no hourly surprises. Anything we find beyond that scope, we flag and walk you through before it costs you anything.
Is a managed service overkill for an organization our size?
We deliver one complete, standardized service rather than a menu of tiers, because a menu asks you to guess what you can live without. That said, we're honest about fit. The service is built for organizations of roughly ten people and up. If you're not there yet, or a managed service isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so in the first conversation and point you in a useful direction.
Can we just call you when something breaks?
We don't offer one-time break-fix support, and that's on purpose. Calling in someone new after a failure means work stops while they learn your setup from scratch. The systems we manage stay current and documented, so when one of them needs attention, we already know how it fits together.
How do you prove results and ROI?
We start by setting clear goals with you, such as saving time, cutting errors, or closing security gaps. Then we track simple, tangible metrics and share the before and after, so the value is always clear.
What if we ever want to part ways?
Then everything is already in your hands. Your passwords live in a dedicated vault you have full access to, and we document settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks as we go, so none of it lives only with us. If we part ways, you take every password, setting, and runbook with you, a complete, current picture of your systems, not a mystery. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
