For nonprofits
Protect the mission and the donors who fund it
Every dollar you spend answers to a donor, a grant, or a board. We protect access to the records they trust you with, carry the security, devices, accounts, and backups for one flat monthly fee whether you have one stretched person on it or no one at all, and keep documentation in your hands so turnover is never an emergency.
No commitment, just a conversation about where you are.
What we see
Four risks hiding in most nonprofits
Nonprofits run on trust and tight budgets, and attackers know it. These gaps show up again and again across the sector.
79%
of nonprofits were attacked in the past three years
Donor data is a target
Donors trust you with names, addresses, and giving histories, held in donor and program systems like Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, or Little Green Light. Attackers know that data is valuable and that most nonprofits protect it lightly.
64%
of nonprofits have no full-time IT staff
It all rests on one person
At an average of 96 staff for every IT person, technology usually falls to one person, whether a staff member, contractor, or volunteer. Stretched thin and without backup, they keep it running until they move on, and the passwords and know-how go too.
69%
of nonprofits have no dedicated cybersecurity budget
Budgets are tight everywhere
Better security doesn't always mean new spending. It starts with the settings you already have, set the way they should be.
The bottom line
Somebody will ask for proof
Cyber insurance renewals now come with security questionnaires, grants increasingly carry security clauses of their own, and if your programs handle client records, HIPAA and state reporting obligations reach the systems that hold them. When those forms land on your desk, honest answers need real safeguards behind them.

How we help
How we answer these risks
Every gap on that list can be closed, and it doesn't take an IT department on payroll. Four risks, four answers. And if a managed service isn't what you need, we'll tell you so.
Donor data protected
Multi-step login wherever your software supports it, managed device protection, and monitored backups for the data on your own systems guard the records your donors trusted you with. It is the same protection big organizations rely on, sized for a nonprofit.
Get your security settings right
The Security Baseline sets the security settings you already have the way they should be. Better security starts with configuration. Where a setting needs a higher tier or an add-on, we tell you before anything changes.
Backup for the person who does it all
We carry security, devices, accounts, and backups behind them and write down every password, setting, and vendor contact as we go. Vacations and volunteer turnover stop being emergencies.
Walk into renewal with answers
We sit down with you quarterly to review progress and risks, and every safeguard is documented, with backups tested to prove they work. When the board, a funder, or your insurance renewal asks, you walk in with the answers. Response times are a written commitment in your agreement, not a promise over the phone.
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just honest answers.
How we work
One service, two ways to run it
Same scope. Same commitment. The only difference is who does what day to day.
Fully managed
We carry the load
For organizations without an IT person, or the time to be one. We handle security, devices, accounts, and backups, troubleshoot them when something isn't right, keep it all documented, and run a quarterly review that keeps leadership in the loop on status, risks, and plans.
Co-managed
We back up whoever keeps things running
For organizations where a staff member or volunteer already keeps things running. They keep the work they know and want. We carry security, devices, accounts, and backups behind them, with a written plan for who handles what, so nothing depends on one person.
Not sure which fits? That's what the first conversation is for.
Where we start
First, the Security Baseline
One fixed-scope, fixed-price project that gets your systems to a known, protected starting point. Here's what happens, in order.
Turn on multi-step login
A second check at sign-in, wherever your software supports it. The single biggest upgrade to how your accounts are protected.
Get your security settings right
The settings across your accounts, reviewed and set the way they should be.
Put passwords and accounts in order
Every account we find together, cleaned up, every password in a dedicated vault your team has full access to.
Document everything
Every change written down as we go, from settings and accounts to vendor contacts. Yours to keep, whether or not you continue.
Exit here if you want
Safer than you were, owning everything we touched. But most organizations don't stop, because there's one step left.
Keep it going
We handle security, devices, accounts, and backups, and troubleshoot them when something isn't right. All of it runs on tooling we deploy and operate ourselves. Everything documented, with a quarterly review that keeps leadership in the loop. The Baseline applies toward your first three months.
Most organizations keep going.
FAQ
Questions, answered simply
How do we get started?
Every engagement starts with our Security Baseline, a one-time project with a fixed scope and price, set up front with no hourly surprises. Anything we find beyond that scope, we flag and walk you through before it costs you anything.
Is a managed service overkill for an organization our size?
We deliver one complete, standardized service rather than a menu of tiers, because a menu asks you to guess what you can live without. That said, we're honest about fit. The service is built for organizations of roughly ten people and up. If you're not there yet, or a managed service isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so in the first conversation and point you in a useful direction.
How do you prove results and ROI?
We start by setting clear goals with you, such as saving time, cutting errors, or closing security gaps. Then we track simple, tangible metrics and share the before and after, so the value is always clear.
Will your solutions work with the systems we already use, or will we need to replace them?
Our goal is to give you systems that grow with your organization. The tools that run your day to day stay your choice. What changes is behind the scenes, where we manage every client on the same tooling, because that's what keeps the service dependable and costs predictable for both of us. We'll always be upfront about what stays, what changes, and why.
What happens if you're unavailable?
The same protection we build against your key person moving on covers us too. Your passwords live in a dedicated vault you have full access to, and settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks are written down as we go, not carried in our heads. If we're ever unreachable, your team can get to everything it needs, and any qualified provider could pick up the documentation and keep things running without starting over.
What if we ever want to part ways?
Then everything is already in your hands. Your passwords live in a dedicated vault you have full access to, and we document settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks as we go, so none of it lives only with us. If we part ways, you take every password, setting, and runbook with you, a complete, current picture of your systems, not a mystery. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
