For faith-based organizations
Reliable Sunday mornings, and technology that serves the mission
Worship, giving, and children's ministry increasingly run on technology, and much of it rests on faithful volunteers. We back them up, with a flat monthly fee your board can budget for and security built in, so no one has to carry Sunday alone.
No commitment, just a conversation about where you are.
What we see
Ministry runs on technology, and it shows
Churches lean on technology more every year, while the people carrying it get little backup. That gap is where we help.
86%
of churches livestream worship services or classes
Hybrid worship has to work
Online attenders notice every dropped stream. Your AV team owns the board and the stream. What they need behind them is sign-ins that work, documentation that's current, and systems that don't change right before a service.
91%
of church leaders say technology helps them better care for their community
Technology carries the mission
Giving, check-in, and church management tools like Planning Center or Pushpay now sit under nearly everything a church does, right alongside the livestream. When they wobble, ministry feels it the same week.
84%
of churches run their ministry on church management software
Member data needs a guardian
Giving records, pastoral notes, and children's check-in data are some of the most sensitive information in your community, and they deserve real protection.
The bottom line
Sunday runs on one person's know-how
Only 9% of congregations have a staff member who specializes in technology. Everything else rests on one faithful volunteer, and when they move on, Sunday depends on what only they knew.
Figures from the Pushpay/Barna State of Church Tech 2026 report and the National Congregations Study.
How we help
We don't replace your volunteer. We back them up.
Most churches already have the on-site half covered, a faithful volunteer who keeps things running. What they're missing is a partner behind that volunteer for the security and systems work. That's the half we add.
We don't touch your systems before a service
Configuration changes and updates freeze from Thursday through Sunday. Whatever worked at rehearsal works on Sunday morning. Coverage is planned around your service schedule, and your agreement puts our response-time commitment in writing.
A written plan for who handles what
Your volunteer keeps the parts they know, like the sound board, the livestream, your church management system, and hands-on help on Sunday. We carry security, devices, accounts, and backups behind them. It's all written down, so your volunteer is never on the hook for the rest.
Your church always holds its own passwords
Passwords live in a dedicated vault your church has full access to, and settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks are documented as we go. If anyone moves on, nothing is lost with them, and if we ever part ways you take every password and runbook with you.
Member data gets a guardian
Giving records, pastoral notes, and children's check-in data are among the most sensitive information in your community. Multi-step login wherever your software supports it, managed devices, and protected email keep them that way. We secure the systems around those records, and access to them always stays your decision. When your insurance renewal asks about security, the board answers from a written record, not a guess.
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just honest answers.
How we work
One service, two ways to run it
Same scope. Same commitment. The only difference is who does what day to day.
Fully managed
We carry the load
For organizations without an IT person, or the time to be one. We handle security, devices, accounts, and backups, troubleshoot them when something isn't right, keep it all documented, and run a quarterly review that keeps leadership in the loop on status, risks, and plans.
Co-managed
We back up whoever keeps things running
For organizations where a staff member or volunteer already keeps things running. They keep the work they know and want. We carry security, devices, accounts, and backups behind them, with a written plan for who handles what, so nothing depends on one person.
Not sure which fits? That's what the first conversation is for.
Where we start
First, the Security Baseline
One fixed-scope, fixed-price project that gets your systems to a known, protected starting point. Here's what happens, in order.
Turn on multi-step login
A second check at sign-in, wherever your software supports it. The single biggest upgrade to how your accounts are protected.
Get your security settings right
The settings across your accounts, reviewed and set the way they should be.
Put passwords and accounts in order
Every account we find together, cleaned up, every password in a dedicated vault your team has full access to.
Document everything
Every change written down as we go, from settings and accounts to vendor contacts. Yours to keep, whether or not you continue.
Exit here if you want
Safer than you were, owning everything we touched. But most organizations don't stop, because there's one step left.
Keep it going
We handle security, devices, accounts, and backups, and troubleshoot them when something isn't right. All of it runs on tooling we deploy and operate ourselves. Everything documented, with a quarterly review that keeps leadership in the loop. The Baseline applies toward your first three months.
Most organizations keep going.
FAQ
Questions, answered simply
We already have a volunteer who handles our technology. Do we still need you?
That depends on what you want from them. If your volunteer is happily carrying security, backups, and accounts alongside the sound board and the livestream, maybe not. Most volunteers didn't sign up for all of that. We carry that half behind them, written down so it's never all on one person.
How do we get started?
Every engagement starts with our Security Baseline, a one-time project with a fixed scope and price, set up front with no hourly surprises. Anything we find beyond that scope, we flag and walk you through before it costs you anything.
Is a managed service overkill for an organization our size?
We deliver one complete, standardized service rather than a menu of tiers, because a menu asks you to guess what you can live without. That said, we're honest about fit. The service is built for organizations of roughly ten people and up. If you're not there yet, or a managed service isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so in the first conversation and point you in a useful direction.
Will your solutions work with the systems we already use, or will we need to replace them?
Our goal is to give you systems that grow with your organization. The tools that run your day to day stay your choice. What changes is behind the scenes, where we manage every client on the same tooling, because that's what keeps the service dependable and costs predictable for both of us. We'll always be upfront about what stays, what changes, and why.
What happens if you're unavailable?
The same protection we build against your key person moving on covers us too. Your passwords live in a dedicated vault you have full access to, and settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks are written down as we go, not carried in our heads. If we're ever unreachable, your team can get to everything it needs, and any qualified provider could pick up the documentation and keep things running without starting over.
What if we ever want to part ways?
Then everything is already in your hands. Your passwords live in a dedicated vault you have full access to, and we document settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks as we go, so none of it lives only with us. If we part ways, you take every password, setting, and runbook with you, a complete, current picture of your systems, not a mystery. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
