How do we get started?
Every engagement starts with our Security Baseline, a one-time project with a fixed scope and price, set up front with no hourly surprises. We turn on multi-step login, switch on the protections available to you, including ones you're paying for, and put your passwords and accounts in order, then document everything we changed for you to keep. Anything we find beyond that scope, we flag and walk you through, never bill you by surprise. If you stop there, you're safer than you were and you own everything we touched. If you move to managed service, the Baseline applies toward your first three months, so any ongoing work starts from a solid, documented foundation instead of a mystery.
How do you make sure the solutions we choose today will still work as we grow?
We design with the future in mind. That means recommending platforms and processes that expand with your organization instead of boxing you in. We also add the right controls and documentation so compliance stays on track as you scale. The result is a setup that works now and continues to support you as needs change.
How do you prove results and ROI?
We start by setting clear goals with you, such as saving time, cutting errors, or improving response times. Then we track simple, tangible metrics and share before and after comparisons. You will also see how project costs compare to doing the same work in-house, so the value is always clear.
Will your solutions work with the systems we already use, or will we need to replace them?
Our goal is to give you systems that grow with your organization. Sometimes that means integrating what you already have, and sometimes it means replacing outdated tools with something better. We'll always be upfront about which choice sets you up for long-term success.
Is a managed service overkill for an organization our size?
We deliver one complete, standardized service rather than a menu of tiers, because a partial version of security isn't security. That said, we're honest about fit. The service is built for organizations of roughly ten people and up. If you're not there yet, or a managed service isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so in the first conversation and point you in a useful direction.
Can we just call you when something breaks?
We don't offer one-time break-fix support, and that's on purpose. Small-business downtime averages 14 hours a year at roughly $8,000 per hour, so waiting for failures is the most expensive way to run technology. Our plans prevent most problems and fix the rest fast, because we already know your systems. If occasional repairs are all you need, we're glad to point you toward a specialist.
How much work will fall on our team versus what you handle?

What if we ever want to part ways?
Then everything is already yours. Your passwords live in a secure password manager you have full access to, and we document settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks as we go, keeping it all in your hands, not ours. When we go, that vault becomes an account you own outright, so we hand over a complete, current picture of your systems, not a mystery. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
