Don't let complexity hold you back

What obstacles are preventing your organization from thriving?

Broken systems

  • Everything about your systems lives in one person's head
  • People who've moved on still have access to your accounts and files
  • No one can say what your security settings are, or what's actually protecting you
  • Support is reactive, so things get fixed only after they break

Simple Solutions

  • Everything documented, so no single person is a point of failure
  • Every person has their own login, and access ends when roles change
  • Security settings reviewed, set the way they should be, and documented
  • Problems prevented quietly in the background, not fought weekly

The result is the same. Leaders end up stuck managing problems instead of leading people. It doesn't have to stay that way.

What we do

One managed IT service. Everything on the list, for every client.

No tiers to decode, no add-ons to gamble on. Every client gets the same complete service:

  • Multi-step login on every account wherever your software supports it, and access that ends when roles change
  • Devices enrolled, configured, and kept up to date
  • Managed protection on every computer
  • Email security that stops criminals from impersonating your domain
  • Backup of your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 data, with restore tests to prove it works
  • Documentation of your systems, credentials, and vendors, owned by you
  • Quarterly reviews of status, risks, and plans
  • A written response-time commitment, in the contract

How we work

One service, two ways to run it

Same scope. Same commitment. The only difference is who does what day to day.

Fully managed

We carry it all

For organizations with no internal IT person. We handle security, devices, accounts, and backups end to end, with support for everything we manage, keep it all documented, and run a quarterly review that keeps leadership in the loop on status, risks, and plans.

Co-managed

We back up whoever keeps things running

For organizations where a staff member or volunteer already keeps things running. They keep the work they know and want. We carry security, devices, accounts, and backups behind them, with a written plan for who handles what, so nothing depends on one person.

Where we start

First, the Security Baseline

One fixed-scope, fixed-price project that gets your systems to a known, protected starting point. Here's what happens, in order.

  1. Turn on multi-step login

A second check at sign-in, everywhere your software supports it. The single biggest upgrade to how your accounts are protected.

  2. Get your security settings right

The settings across your accounts and devices, reviewed and set the way they should be.

  3. Put passwords and accounts in order

Every account found and cleaned up, every password in an enterprise-grade password manager you own.

  4. Document everything

Every change written down as we go, from settings and accounts to vendor contacts. Yours to keep, whether or not you continue.

  5. Exit here if you want

Safer than you were, owning everything we touched. But most organizations don't stop, because there's one step left.

  6. Keep it going

We handle security, devices, accounts, and backups end to end, with support for everything we manage. Security runs on tooling we deploy and monitor ourselves. Everything documented, with a quarterly review that keeps leadership in the loop. The Baseline applies toward your first three months.

Most organizations keep going.

FAQ

Questions, answered simply

How do we get started?

Every engagement starts with our Security Baseline, a one-time project with a fixed scope and price, set up front with no hourly surprises. Anything we find beyond that scope, we flag and walk you through before it costs you anything.

How do you make sure the solutions we choose today will still work as we grow?

We design with the future in mind. That means recommending platforms and processes that expand with your organization instead of boxing you in. We also add the right controls and documentation so compliance stays on track as you scale. The result is a setup that works now and continues to support you as needs change.

How do you prove results and ROI?

We start by setting clear goals with you, such as saving time, cutting errors, or improving response times. Then we track simple, tangible metrics and share before and after comparisons. You will also see how project costs compare to doing the same work in-house, so the value is always clear.

Will your solutions work with the systems we already use, or will we need to replace them?

Our goal is to give you systems that grow with your organization. Sometimes that means integrating what you already have, and sometimes it means replacing outdated tools with something better. We'll always be upfront about which choice sets you up for long-term success.

Is a managed service overkill for an organization our size?

We deliver one complete, standardized service rather than a menu of tiers, because a partial version of security isn't security. That said, we're honest about fit. The service is built for organizations of roughly ten people and up. If you're not there yet, or a managed service isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so in the first conversation and point you in a useful direction.

Can we just call you when something breaks?

We don't offer one-time break-fix support, and that's on purpose. Small-business downtime averages 14 hours a year at roughly $8,000 per hour, so waiting for failures is the most expensive way to run technology. Our plans prevent most problems and fix the rest fast, because we already know your systems. If occasional repairs are all you need, we're glad to point you toward a specialist.

How much work will fall on our team versus what you handle?

We take the lead on planning, setup, and handoff so you do not carry the burden. Your team stays involved where it matters most, but the process is designed to be simple and sustainable for you to run every day.

What if we ever want to part ways?

Then everything is already yours. Your passwords live in a secure password manager you have full access to, and we document settings, vendor contacts, and runbooks as we go, keeping it all in your hands, not ours. When we go, that vault becomes an account you own outright, so we hand over a complete, current picture of your systems, not a mystery. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
